Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Can we start with one capability?

Yes. A pilot is usually limited to one audience, offer, market or stage of the customer journey, with a clear link to the wider operating model.

Are you a supplier or a consulting team?

The model can be advisory, implementation with the internal team, managed operations or a combination, depending on the challenge.

How is success measured?

Baseline data, event definitions, quality criteria and the observation window are agreed before launch. Metrics follow the commercial logic of the project.

Can we keep our current CRM and tools?

Yes. Existing capabilities are assessed first. Replacement is recommended only when limitations block the operating model and cannot be addressed reasonably.
